A new way to access your Linen Lovers benefits
We've made it easier to access your Linen Lovers benefits online.
To access your member pricing and benefits online, you'll need an online account. If you don't already have one, simply create an account using the same email address as your Linen Lovers membership account and it will be automatically linked to your membership, so you can enjoy your benefits both online and in-store. You no longer need to enter your Linen Lovers number to access your benefits.
Not yet a Linen Lover?
Add a Linen Lovers membership to cart, create an online account, and check out as normal.
Member with an existing account & ready to checkout
Click 'CONTINUE WITH CHECKOUT'
Start checkout by clicking the
'CONTINUE WITH CHECKOUT' button.
Enter your email address.
Enter your email address and click
'CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT' to checkout.
Log into your account.
If an account has been found then you will need to log in using your email address and password then click 'LOGIN & CHECKOUT'.
Complete checkout.
Now that your account is all set up your benefits will apply automatically when checking out.
Member with an existing account but not ready to checkout
Click 'LOGIN'
At the top-right hand of each page find and click the circular person icon.
Enter your email address and password.
Enter your email address & password and optionally check the 'Keep me logged in' checkbox. Click 'LOGIN NOW'.
Continue browsing.
Now you are logged in, you will be able to checkout as a Linen Lover online when you are ready.
I joined Linen Lovers in-store & do not have an online account
You will first need to activate your account via the online cart:
Click 'CONTINUE WITH CHECKOUT'
Start checkout by clicking the 'CONTINUE WITH CHECKOUT' button.
Enter your email address
Enter your email address and click 'CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT'.
Activate your account
If an account has been found then you will need to activate your account by clicking 'SEND ACTIVATION EMAIL'.
Reset account password
Once you receive your activation email you will need to re-set your account password.
Enter a new password and click 'UPDATE PASSWORD'.
Complete checkout
Now that your account is all set up your benefits including member pricing will apply automatically when checking out.

Create an account to get started.
When you are ready to check out and have added a Linen Lovers membership to your cart, go to your online cart:
Click 'CONTINUE WITH CHECKOUT'
Once you wish to checkout your purchase online click 'CONTINUE WITH CHECKOUT' to start your account set up.
Enter your email address.
Enter your email address and click 'CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT'.
Complete account details.
Enter your first and last name, create a strong password and click
'CREATE ACCOUNT & CHECKOUT' to create your account.
Complete checkout.
Now that your account is all set up your benefits will apply automatically when checking out.
Shopping as a guest?
You can still check out as a guest; however, Linen Lovers pricing and benefits will not be applied. Please note that Linen Lovers memberships can no longer be purchased using guest checkout.
Want to renew your expired Linen Lover Membership?
Follow the steps above to create or validate your account which will be associated with the expired Linen Lover account you wish to renew, then click the ‘RENEW MEMBERSHIP’ button on the Linen Lovers renew page to renew and checkout.
